Berlin had become the world capital of railway transport and transport technologies from the 20th to 23d of September 2016. The completed InnoTrans 2016 trade fair became the meeting place for professionals from around the world to exchange experience in the field of railway market innovations, products, and solutions.
About 3 thousand exhibitors from 60 countries presented their achievements and innovations at the fair. Altogether, InnoTrans 2016 was visited by 144,470 visitors-experts from more than 140 countries.
The fair became an excellent platform for presentation of PLUTON innovative products and solutions in the field of railways, city electric transport and metro power supply and automation. Switchgear 750 V DC of advanced design were presented at the booth of our company.
DC switchgear produced by PLUTON correspond international quality standards, provide reliable power supply of traction network, safety and serviceability. Switchgears are equipped with switching components of world manufacturers, having high electrical and operational features. The company's policy in the field of quality and high standards in production leads to high competitiveness of our products and allows occupying leading positions in this segment.
Withdrawable rectifier 750 V DC excited special interest of the fair visitors. The rectifier has a comfortable design that allows easy access to components of the rectifier and bus compartment. The applied design solutions provide easy movement of the rectifier power unit that does not require much physical effort of the staff during maintenance and servicing. PLUTON withdrawable rectifiers show high power in a compact size.
12-pulse railway DC rectifier 3,3 kV for fixed installation was also presented at our booth.
A distinctive feature of PLUTON switchgears and rectifiers is a build in modern microprocessor control system providing monitoring of parameters, diagnostics, protection, fixing of all the transient processes, analysis, and implementation of control algorithms. All necessary information is displayed on a visualization panel with an easy to understand user-friendly interface that allows the staff to control switching devices quickly and correctly.
Traction network monitoring and protection intelligent system SMTN-3, which represents the third generation of protection devices based on advanced technologies, was presented within the framework of the fair. SMTN-3 system provides comprehensive protection of catenary against overload and short-circuits, as well as facilitates recovery of energy system and rolling stock power supply as fast as possible.
Trade fair visitors got acquainted with modern automation and visualization tools, and could control equipment shown on PLUTON booth remotely via web-interface in real-time. There was also a unique opportunity to control all the equipment of traction substation from a workstation with integrated SCADA-system in simulation mode.
During 4 days of the trade fair representatives of PLUTON hold negotiations on cooperation and implementation of new technology with potential partners, leading representatives of railway companies and our regular Customers, as well as had numerous meetings to exchange experience and technologies with experts in various fields.
