Customer’s personnel technical training

Customer’s personnel technical training is an integral part of PLUTON provided services. In order to provide the most efficient application of equipment, reduce production costs and risks in its operation, as well as to avoid malfunctions, breakdowns or incorrect equipment operation our experts regularly train* Customer’s operational and technical personnel. This training further ensures safe and efficient equipment operation and maintenance on the basis of gained technical knowledge. Technical personnel training cycle starts at the stage of equipment installation and lasts until commissioning completion.

Training consists of the following steps: learning of main technical and operating characteristics of equipment, its operation and arrangement principles, operation safety rules, and maintenance requirements. Besides, training also includes learning of efficient potential troubleshooting methods.

Main purpose of the Customer’s experts training is acquisition of required level of technical competence, knowledge and experience. It allows them to operate equipment independently.
