Labor organization and regulation engineer

Responsibilities:

• carrying out of working hours measurement;
• labor input calculation;
• development and implementation of technically based standards of labor costs according to various kinds of work;
• working out and maintenance of electronic work time standards database in a special program, timely entry of changes into an electronic database;
• timely revision of labor costs standards when changing of labor organization.

Candidate specification:

• knowledge of basic principles of labor rate setting, work planning;
• knowledge of learning and planning methods of working processes;
• computer skills;
• strong interpersonal skills, ability to work, "can-do" spirit, and flexibility;
• basic knowledge of electrical equipment, electronic engineering, and experience of work in technical engineering departments of machine building and electrical engineering enterprises will be a plus while choosing the candidate.
  
  

Working conditions:

• a five-day workweek;
• employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;
• salary according to job interview results.
