In 2020 PLUTON carried out manufacturing, supply and commissioning of single-unit metal-clad rectifier semiconductor substation KVPP for "Uzmetkombinat" JSC (Bekabad, Tashkent District, the Republic of Uzbekistan) within the frame of the project "Renovation and modernization of metallurgical equipment".
Single-unit metal-clad rectifier semiconductor substation KVPP produced by PLUTON included the following equipment:
- transformer — 1 unit;
- rectifier — 1 unit;
- line disconnector cabinet — 2 units;
- busbar bridge — 1 set.
PLUTON single-unit metal-clad rectifier semiconductor substation KVPP is provided to increase steelmaking output in the arc-furnace melting shop and to increase production of rolled ferrous metal products in 2.3 times (about 1.7 million tons per year).
